For At Heart, I worked at Evers + de Gier on translating the HR brand into a concrete digital experience. I developed AI-based cloud illustrations, designed motion and UI components, and translated the visual identity into product and website.

Project details
At Heart is built around the idea that small, human moments inside organisations should not be forgotten. The brand concept Everyday Magic defined the visual direction for the product and website.
I translated this into a usable digital system, focusing on UI design, motion and prototyping. I also developed an AI-assisted cloud and illustration style that could be generated, refined and scaled consistently across product and marketing.

UX approach
Although the project was closely tied to brand translation, there was also a clear UX challenge in getting users to value quickly inside a lightweight HR tool. I helped refine the flow so users could connect Slack, get into the dashboard faster and immediately see employee data being pulled in, rather than first having to fill out too much information manually. The goal was to make the product feel simple, useful and low-friction from the first interaction, while aligning the interface more closely with the brand system and overall product experience.
