A personalised product carousel
The original product rows were too generic, which made them less useful and sometimes clearly irrelevant to the customer’s pet. I redesigned this into a personalised recommendation component that takes pet data into account, so the products shown feel more appropriate to the animal’s type, size and situation. This made the experience feel more helpful and reduced the friction of having to search through products that were never a good fit in the first place.
