Design systems & scalable components
I think in systems rather than isolated screens. That means creating components, patterns, and structures that can be reused, extended, and adapted without losing clarity or consistency. I am interested in how a product stays coherent as it grows, especially when multiple content types, page types, or teams are involved.
A good system is not only visually consistent, but also practical to use. It should make design faster, implementation cleaner, and content management easier. That is why I often think about scalability from the start, whether that is in a CMS setup, a flexible component structure, or a pattern library that supports different use cases without becoming messy.
This way of working has been important in projects such as State of Sustainability, where multiple formats had to live inside one coherent platform, and Milo, where reusable sections and component logic helped support many different campaign and product needs.
